01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between pk147 ("the Company", " "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk147 platform, website, mobile application, or any associated services.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the pk147 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games, promotions, or products available on pk147, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

pk147 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

02 Eligibility

Use of the pk147 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk147 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification may be requested at any time and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pk147 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the pk147 platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of pk147, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of pk147 services, you must create a registered account. The following terms apply to the registration and ongoing management of your account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on pk147. The existence of multiple accounts, whether discovered at registration or at any later point, will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated funds or winnings being voided.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): pk147 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify pk147 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pk147 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting pk147 customer support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, and remaining balances will be returned to the player's designated payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk147 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pk147 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, and Meezan Bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all payment methods. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your pk147 account. pk147 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to five business days, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification. pk147 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by the player's payment provider.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. pk147 reserves the right to refuse withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits or not registered in the player's name.
• No Cash Transactions: pk147 does not accept cash deposits or process cash withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Inactive Account Fees: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve months or more may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as disclosed in the account terms at the time the fee applies. Players will be notified before any such fee is deducted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pk147 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each bonus offer.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Unclaimed bonuses cannot be reinstated once they have expired.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or shared computer environment.
• Bonus Abuse: pk147 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, providing false information, exploiting promotion mechanics, or placing low-risk hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: pk147 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have already opted into an active promotion.
• Welcome Bonus: The pk147 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account on pk147 under any name or identity are not eligible for the new player welcome offer.

06 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on pk147, including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, and all other sportsbook markets. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant sportsbook section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pk147. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number is issued. pk147 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted by pk147 without notice.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: pk147 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous, whether due to a technical error, human error, or any other cause. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. pk147 reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any in-play market at any time without notice, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market result is determined, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that specific sport or market. Where no specific rule applies, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL and Cricket Markets: pk147 offers extensive cricket and PSL betting markets. Match result, player performance, over-by-over, and tournament winner markets are all subject to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC) as final.

07 Casino Games

The following terms apply to all casino game activity on pk147, including slots, live dealer games, fishing arcade games, and any other casino products available on the platform:

• RNG Integrity: All pk147 casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be influenced by the player or by pk147.
• RTP Information: The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each casino game is available within the game's information panel. RTP represents the long-term statistical return and does not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or disconnection during play, pk147 will attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Where a round cannot be completed or the outcome cannot be reliably determined, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account.
• Game Availability: Game availability on pk147 may vary and is subject to change. pk147 makes no warranty that any specific game will remain available at all times.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer tables are operated by certified third-party studios. The studio's rules govern live dealer game conduct. In the event of a discrepancy between the studio's stated rules and pk147's platform, pk147 customer support should be contacted immediately.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk147 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds and pending winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with pk147 in any capacity, including but not limited to automated betting, automated registration, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from match fixing, spot fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events on which bets are placed via pk147.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or fraudulently obtained funds.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk147 staff, other players, or third parties through any communication channel.
• Accessing pk147 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or similar technology to obscure your true location.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk147 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the platform, is the intellectual property of pk147 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk147 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk147 content without explicit written consent from pk147.

Any unauthorised use of pk147 intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pk147 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pk147 Privacy Policy.

pk147 uses your personal data to provide and improve its services, process financial transactions, verify your identity, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you regarding your account and promotions (where you have provided consent).

pk147 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention tools) strictly as required to provide pk147's services. All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality obligations consistent with applicable data protection standards.

11 Responsible Gaming

pk147 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be decreased in real time. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to restrict the amount they can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration reminders and hard time limits to control time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a self-exclusion of between one month and five years. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk147 expressly excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pk147 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to use the pk147 platform or any of its services.
• Any technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform, including those caused by third-party providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling on pk147, including losses arising from technical malfunctions.
• Any reliance on information, content, or data published on the pk147 platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, pk147's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. In no event shall pk147's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of funds held in your pk147 account at the time the claim arises.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk147 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk147 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the pk147 platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pk147 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting pk147 customer support.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible via the Terms & Conditions link in the pk147 website footer. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk147 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and pk147, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk147 customer support. pk147 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body prescribed by pk147's regulatory authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
